Welcome to the Watch Supermarket Terms and Conditions page. By continuing to use this website and placing an order with us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.


If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid at any time or are found to be unenforceable by law, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions will not be affected.


It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.


We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time; please ensure you read them every time you place an order on this website.


Price Match Guarantee


Whilst we endeavour to bring you the best possible prices, if you are able to find the exact same product in stock at a cheaper price elsewhere before you purchase from Watch Supermarket then we guarantee to match it. Once you have the purchased the item, we can no longer offer a Price Match refund as there is no evidence to prove that the product was cheaper elsewhere at the time of purchase. 


Price Match Guarantee requests are available on all product pages; simply complete the request form with the appropriate information and we will respond to all requests as soon as possible.


Watch Supermarket is only able to price match products sold on UK based, authorised dealer websites. We do not price match eBay listings, Amazon, second-hand goods, or imported goods from the grey market. We do not price match clearance stock or liquidation goods.


Whilst we endeavour to offer our customers the best possible price, we reserve the right to decline price matching for any reason.



Contract of Sale and Placing an Order


By completing and submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase goods. If your order is accepted by us, you will enter a binding contract governed by the laws of England using only the English Language. 


Orders will only be despatched once we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay in receiving such authorisation.  If payment is not authorised we will not accept the order.


After you have placed an order, the following steps will take place leading to a contract being created.


  1. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The email is a confirmation that your order has been received; this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

  3. Once your payment details have been authorised; another e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has been dispatched.  This confirms our acceptance of your order and a contract of sale has been created.


We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to delivery. For example an order will not be accepted if:


  • Your payment is not authorised
  • There is an error on our website regarding the pricing or description of an item.


Due to exclusive distribution contracts, we are forbidden to despatch Rotary Watches to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Africa, Russia, Australia, South Korea, Vietnam, Japan, Lithuania, Canada and Indonesia. Dreyfuss & Co Watches cannot be dispatched to: China, Hong Kong, Macau, Russia, Israel, Australia, South Korea, Canada, Indonesia and Singapore for the above reason.


Cooling Off Period


When purchasing an item on-line, we offer you a 30 day cooling off period allowing you to return your item. The cooling off period commences the day after the goods are signed for and ends 30 days after.

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details and conditions on how and where to return items.  The policy does not affect you statutory rights. 


Items must be returned, unworn, in their original condition, including the original box, papers (instructions, guarantee etc.), attached product tags and any extras associated with the product (e.g. CD-ROM’s) within the cooling off period.


Unless faulty we cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, personalised or had their bracelets adjusted.


Earrings or any other item of pierced jewellery are non-returnable unless found to have a manufacturing defect.


Gift-Wrapping will not be refunded in the situation where a watch is returned. A non-refundable charge is applied for our Gift-Wrapping Service. 


Should you wish to return the item for a refund for reasons other than an exchange or fault, the cost of the postage to you will be deducted from the total of the order. For example: If you purchase a watch for £70 and you return it because you don't like it, it doesn't fit etc we will knock of the £7.15 delivery charge and credit £62.85 to your account. Watch Supermarket reserve the right to deduct this fee plus a £10.00 administration fee where any of our terms & conditions have been breached. 

Monthly Review Competition Terms & Conditions

  • The review competition winner is selected by the Watch Supermarket team based upon the most informative review received.


  • The review competition winner is selected on the last working day of each month.


  • The review competition winner will be notified of their winning review by e-mail and your refund will be subsequently processed.


  • The review competition winner is entitled to a full refund, up to a total of £100.  If the total value of your order exceeded £100, we will refund exactly £100 to your card/PayPal account.  If the total value of your order is less than £100, we will refund your order in full.


  • The refund awarded to the review competition winner is not redeemable as cash and can only be processed against an existing order.


  • The refund awarded to the review competition winner can only be processed to the bank account/PayPal account used to place the original order.


  • The decision of the winning review made by the Watch Supermarket team is final.

All of our prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are valid only at the time of purchase and are subject to change at anytime. Our prices are monitored on a day-to-day basis to ensure Watch Supermarket can always offer the most competitive price to our customers. All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.


Our prices can change on a daily basis. Although we make every effort to ensure that goods shown on the website are available at the price displayed online, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. 


In the event of an item you have ordered being priced incorrectly, you will be advised of this and given the option to continue at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you then we will cancel your order.





Payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling.


We accept the following major payment cards:


Debit Mastercard, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, PIN TRAIN, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa and Visa Debit.


In making a payment you confirm that the credit/debit card that you are using is yours and that you are over 18 years of age.  All credit/debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods if the card issuer refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment.


You must provide your registered card address for the billing details.  Although we offer an alternative delivery address option, we may not accept orders going to an address other than the card-holder’s address. Orders may also take longer, if an alternative delivery address is specified, to allow the necessary security checks to be performed.


Your payment card will be debited for your order when the goods are ready for dispatch.  If using Paypal your payment may be immediate.  If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch for which payment has been taken, we will process a refund.



Security & Privacy


Our website uses a secure server and all sensitive data is encrypted and transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.  Upon receiving an order it is checked and verified using fraud checking systems.


Your credit card details are not stored by us and details are transmitted using our secure server. We are SSL certified to allow you to shop safely and securely with us on-line.


It is our priority to ensure your transaction is secure; we use Sage Pay as our Payment Service Provider (PSP) who comply with the Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS).


We believe in customer privacy and do not pass on or sell your personal details.  The only information stored is that required to fulfil your purchase.




Orders are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 4.00pm. We will e-mail you to notify you that your goods have been dispatched.


If we are unable to despatch your order in time for Next Day Delivery we will notify you by email.


All orders are delivered Free of Charge using Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Orders delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Goods cannot be left without a signature. 


All orders are fully insured by Royal Mail or Watch Supermarket.


If an item is lost, we are unable to send out a replacement or issue a refund until Royal Mail has confirmed the package as lost.  This process can usually take between 10 to 15 working days and usually results in the original item being delivered within this timeframe.


Once signed for at your delivery address, responsibility of ownership of the goods is yours including risk of loss or damage.


If your delivery address is multi-occupied, Royal Mail will accept a signature from anyone in the property as confirmation of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or a representative is at the delivery address to receive the goods.


If a signature is obtained for a delivery and the customer denies receiving it (a denial of receipt) Royal Mail must first confirm the delivery details to us. In order to do this Royal Mail will directly contact the customer to complete their documentation confirming that the goods have not been received. Until confirmation is received from Royal Mail we are unable to issue a replacement or process a refund.


We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery when an item is returned to us due to either the goods not being received or collected by the recipient.

Discount Codes

Watch Supermarket occasionally creates discount codes which are used for special offers and promotions.  These discount codes can often be found in our newsletter, to subscribe to this please sign up at the bottom of this page.


  • Discount codes are applied in the shopping cart stage of placing your order.


  • Multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other.


  • Discount codes must be redeemed within their published lifetime; expired discount vouchers cannot be used and time extensions will not be given.


  • Sometimes external sites may advertise or publish Watch Supermarket discount codes – this is beyond our control and we cannot guarantee the validity of these discount codes.


Products purchased as pre-orders within the lifetime of a discount are eligible for the discount code used even if the product is dispatched after a discount code has expired.


Current Facebook and Twitter Competition Terms and Conditions


This competition is valid where legally permissible.


The competition will open as soon as it is announced online and a winner for the Facebook competition will be announced as directed on Facebook whilst the winner of the Twitter competition will be picked once the page reaches 2500 followers


Participation for the Facebook competition is confirmed by entering your name and email address in the required fields on the competition tab, whilst participation to the Twitter competition is confirmed by following the Twitter page and emailing your Twitter handle to competition@watchsupermarket.co.uk


The winners will be drawn randomly from the list of participants.


Entrants must be at least 13 years old and be a current UK resident or have a UK shipping address.


The winner of the Facebook competition will be awarded a Dreyfuss gift set whilst the winner of the Twitter competition will be awarded an Ice-Phone in the colour of their choice form the choices provided. No alternative or cash alternative is available.


The competition is operated by WatchSuperMarket.co.uk and as such WatchSuperMarket.co.uk reserve the right to amend competition details such as any time periods and notification dates or cancel the promotion altogether should circumstances make it necessary. WatchSuperMarket.co.uk will store your email address in connection with this competition for the purpose of drawing and notifying the winner and your email address may be kept on file for future promotions.
